Backfill snugly around the outside and press the lid on. Use it at a hose-end quick coupler so you can connect a hose without a permanent bib, over a manual drain valve at the low point of the system, or over an isolation valve for a single zone. Because the lid is green, it disappears into the lawn; mark the location on your irrigation plan.
