Hold the can upright and insert the plastic tube into the valve button. Remove the air cleaner, then spray the outside of the carburetor and all of the linkage until the varnish runs off. Start the engine and spray both ends of the choke valve shaft while working the choke by hand, then spray down and around the carburetor throat to clear deposits from the throttle plate area. Do not spray below the throttle plate. Wipe any overspray off painted surfaces immediately.
