Adjust by 10 percent either way to hold condition, and never go below 0.3 lb per 100 lb of body weight; if your horse gains at that minimum, switch to Enrich Plus ration balancer. Split the day into two or three meals, change feeds gradually over 7 to 10 days, and keep clean water and salt available.

Specifications

Brand: Purina Animal Nutrition

Form: Pelleted and extruded horse feed with Amplify high-fat nuggets

Guaranteed analysis: crude protein 12.5% min, lysine 0.90% min, crude fat 8.0% min, crude fiber 18.0% max, ADF 22% max, NDF 36% max, dietary starch 10% max, sugars 6.5% max

Minerals and vitamins: calcium 1.10 to 1.60%, phosphorus 0.60%, copper 80 ppm, selenium 0.60 ppm, zinc 280 ppm, vitamin A 3,000 IU/lb, vitamin E 125 IU/lb

Life stage: horses 2 years and older in maintenance, light or moderate work, gestation and breeding

Size: 50 lb bag

Stop by Garoppo’s Stone & Garden Center and Feed & Pet Supply to pick up a bag, or schedule local delivery within our service area.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0968/5322/9860/files/purina-strategy-healthy-edge-horse-feed-50-lb-bag-front_429bad64-8ff0-4923-977d-4e1ce70b8ad0.png?v=1791467417
