Description
Park a little vintage camper on the tree with the Sunset Vista Designs Farm Fresh Red Camper Christmas Ornament. The maker calls it a Clamper: a red and galvanized corrugated tin camper trailer with a striped awning window, a wreath on the door and a decorated Christmas tree beside it. The door panel reads "Dear Santa, naughty is more fun," and a wire loop hanger with a red faceted bead sits on top. The distressed red and silver paint finish suits a farmhouse or camping-themed tree. Part of the Farm Fresh Christmas collection, it measures approximately 6" wide.
Key Features
- Vintage camper trailer: Red and galvanized corrugated tin camper with a striped awning window.
- Christmas tree and wreath: A decorated tree stands beside the camper and a wreath hangs on the door.
- Dear Santa sign: Door panel reads Dear Santa, naughty is more fun.
- Wire loop hanger: Attached wire loop with a red faceted bead hangs it straight from the box.
- Sunset Vista Designs: A family-run outdoor decor company that has been designing whimsical garden art, wind chimes and hanging decor for garden centers since the 1990s.
Where to Display It
Hang it on the Christmas tree by its wire loop, or work it into a wreath, a mantel garland or a tabletop tree in the camper, cabin or RV. Its flat corrugated metal profile also hangs well from a cabinet knob, a hook by the door or a ribbon on a gift for a camping friend. Handle it by the edges, wipe it with a soft dry cloth and keep it out of water. After the season, wrap it in tissue or return it to its box so the painted finish stays sharp. Collect it with the Farm Fresh snowman, cat and delivery truck ornaments from Sunset Vista Designs for a matching set.
A Thoughtful Gift
Campers, glampers and road-trip families will get the joke, which makes it a natural stocking stuffer, ornament exchange pick or small gift for anyone who spends summer weekends at the campground. It hangs from its own wire loop.
