Description

How to Use

Open the bag and pour CEL Solar Salt into your water softener’s brine tank. Keep the salt level at least a few inches above the water line and no higher than about one-third from the top of the tank, so the salt can dissolve freely. Check the level about once a month and refill before it runs low so the resin always has brine to regenerate. If you ever find a hard crust across the top of the tank (a salt bridge), break it up gently with a broom handle before adding more salt. Avoid breathing dust when pouring, and keep the bag sealed and dry between refills so the crystals do not cake.
