Unwrap a friendly mummy for the porch with the Sunset Vista Designs Cairo Corny Mummy Bouncy. Cairo is a candy corn character about 6.69" tall, striped white, orange and yellow, with white bandage strips wrapped around his tip and middle. His face is all smiles, with wide rounded eyes, pink cheeks and an open grin. One thin black wire arm waves hello and the other carries a small orange jack-o-lantern pail with its own bandage wrap. A wire-caged bead and a long coil spring lead up to a black S-hook, so Cairo bounces and sways in any breeze.

Key Features

Bounces on a spring: Coil spring and S-hook let Cairo bob and spin with a breeze or a light touch.
Bandaged mummy: White wrap across a candy corn body, with a matching bandaged pumpkin pail in hand.
Caged bead accent: A wire-wrapped bead sits between the spring and the figure.
Indoor or outdoor: Metal bouncy ornament made for decorative display in either setting.
Sunset Vista Designs: A family-run outdoor decor company that has been designing whimsical garden art, wind chimes and hanging decor for garden centers since the 1990s.

How to Hang It

Hook Cairo onto a porch ceiling hook, a shepherd’s hook, a pergola beam or a low branch where the air moves, and give him a few inches of clearance below so the spring can stretch. Inside, he hangs from a curtain rod, a cabinet pull or a plant hook by a window. Keep him out of driving rain and take him down in strong wind so the spring holds its shape, and store him flat in a box after Halloween with the pail tucked in. Wipe with a soft dry cloth as needed. Hang him beside the Clara Corny Witch, Franken-Corn, Crybaby Corny and Count Corny Vampire Bouncies, or with other Sunset Vista Designs seasonal decor, for a full candy corn lineup.

A Thoughtful Gift

Cairo is a small Halloween gift for a teacher, a coworker, a party host or a kid who cannot get enough candy corn. He fits in a gift bag and hangs in seconds with no batteries or tools.

How does a Bouncy work?

The figure hangs from a coil spring below an S-hook. A breeze, a passing footstep or a light tap sets it bouncing and swaying, and it settles on its own. No batteries or power needed.

Is a hook included?

Yes. An S-hook is attached at the top of the spring, ready for a porch ceiling hook, shepherd's hook, tree branch or curtain rod.

Can it hang outside?

It is made for decorative indoor and outdoor use. Hang it under a porch roof or pergola, out of driving rain, and bring it in for storms and heavy wind.

How big is the figure?

The mummy is about 6.69 inches tall. The spring and hook add hanging length above him, so allow room below the hook for the full drop.
