Finish pool edges, step treads and wall tops with the EP Henry Bullnose Paver Coping 6 x 12 in in Brown. This dry-cast concrete unit measures 6" x 12-1/2" x 2-3/8" with a smooth face and one rounded bullnose edge, so the lip that hands grab and bare feet cross has no sharp corner. Brown pigment runs all the way through the piece. Belgard now produces the same 6 x 12 bullnose as Marina Coping, and this Brown stock is sold per piece, which suits repairs and short runs as well as a full pool surround.
Key Features
-
Rounded bullnose edge: Softens the exposed lip on pool copings, spa edges and stair nosings, protecting feet and hands where people climb out or step down.
-
Integrated color: Brown runs through the full 6" bullnose paver, so cut ends match the face.
-
Two per linear foot: Each piece covers 6" of edge, so a 20 ft run takes 40 pieces plus cuts.
-
Double-sided option: Lay units back-to-back for a two-sided bullnose cap on freestanding seat walls and planters.
-
About EP Henry: EP Henry of Woodbury, New Jersey joined Oldcastle APG in 2021, and its paver and wall lines are now produced and sold as Belgard Metro products from the same regional plants.
How to Install It
Set the coping either mortared in place or glued down with a high-strength flexible concrete adhesive, leaving the traditional 1/2" to 1" overhang past the pool wall or riser. On a pool or spa, the coping ties the top of the wall together and keeps it straight and rigid while giving the deck a finished edge that blends into surrounding pavers. On steps, face the rounded edge forward as the tread nosing and butt the square back edge against the riser above. For a seat wall or planter, set units back-to-back so both sides show a bullnose. Each piece weighs roughly 12.5 to 13.7 lb, so one person can set it comfortably.

The EP Henry 6 in Bullnose Paver is a 6 x 12-1/2 x 2-3/8 in dry-cast coping with one radiused edge and integrated color, the unit Belgard now runs at the Metro plants as Marina Coping (5-15/16 x 11-13/16 x 2-3/8 in, size code EC-10000718). Take off at 2 pcs per linear foot of edge: 168 pcs per cube covers 84 LF or 87 sq ft, and a band is 29 sq ft. Brown is an EP Henry-era color that is not in the current Belgard Marina palette (Bourbon, Fog, Midnight, Pearl, Rosewood), so order the full run at once from the stock on hand and do not plan on a matching reorder. Garoppo's sells it per piece.
Key Features
- Bullnose profile: Smooth face with a rounded leading edge for pool and spa coping, stair nosings and wall caps; no sharp arris at the point of contact.
- Integrated color: Pigment through the full unit with natural aggregates; saw cuts and field chips show the same Brown as the face.
- Take-off: 2 pcs per LF; 168 pcs, 87 sq ft per cube; cube weight 2,305 lb (EP Henry 2022) or 2,106 lb (Belgard Metro 2026), roughly 12.5 to 13.7 lb per piece.
- Two-sided caps: Set back-to-back for a double bullnose on freestanding walls and planters; each face then gets its own overhang.
- Metro lineage: EP Henry (Woodbury, NJ) joined Oldcastle APG in 2021; the line now ships as Belgard Metro product from the Woodbury NJ, Parker Ford PA and Wrightstown NJ plants, with the EP Henry trademarks carried over.
How to Install It
Set mortared in place on masonry pools and block walls, or glue down on segmental walls and dry-laid raised patios with a high-strength flexible concrete adhesive rated for exterior freeze-thaw exposure. Hold the traditional 1/2 to 1 in overhang and keep the bullnose line true; sight it before the adhesive sets. On a pool shell the coping stiffens the top of the wall, so bed it fully rather than spot-gluing. Lay the rounded edge out on step treads and keep joints tight and aligned with the tread field below. Cut with a wet saw and place cut ends at inside corners. Sweep the deck field sand away from coping joints before sealing if the patio is to be sealed.
