Lay a patio, walkway or driveway that looks like it has been down for a century with the EP Henry Old Towne Cobble Paver. Each 2-3/8" thick dry-cast concrete unit carries a gently weathered top with small variations in depth for a time-worn cobblestone look. Choose the 6" x 6" square or the 6" x 9" rectangle, run them together in multi-piece patterns, or use one shape alone as a border or inlay. The surface is rated for residential driveways.
Key Features
-
Weathered cobblestone texture: The aged, dimensional top mimics old-world stone.
-
DuraFusion Technology: Enhanced color and wear-resistance keep the Old Towne Cobble finish holding up under foot and tire traffic.
-
Two shapes, one system: Combine squares and rectangles for random patterns, or lay a single size as a border, band or inlay.
-
Driveway rated: Approved for residential vehicular use, with an ADA compliant surface and a lifetime transferable limited warranty.
-
About EP Henry: EP Henry of Woodbury, New Jersey joined Oldcastle APG in 2021, and its paver and wall lines are now produced and sold as Belgard Metro products from the same regional plants.
Sizes & Colors
-
6" x 6" Square: 3.7 pieces per sq ft, 113 sq ft (420 pieces) per pallet, about 7.6 lb each. Colors: Dakota Blend, Harvest Blend, Pewter Blend.
-
6" x 9" Rectangle: 2.4 pieces per sq ft, 124 sq ft (300 pieces) per pallet, about 11.6 lb each. Colors: Dakota Blend, Harvest Blend, Pewter Blend, Midnight, Brown.
How to Install It
Excavate for a compacted aggregate base, screed a bedding sand layer, set the pavers and hold the field with edge restraint. Old Towne Cobble has a profiled top, so always place a protective pad under the plate compactor before seating the pavers. Mix the two shapes from several bands at once for an even color blend, or lay 6" x 9" rectangles in a running bond and frame the field with a darker border in Midnight or Brown. Pool decks, garden paths, patio inlays and driveway aprons all suit these units.

Old Towne Cobble is EP Henry's 60 mm weathered-top cobble, now run at the Belgard Metro plants, in a 6 x 6 square (actual 6-1/4 x 6-1/4 in) and a 6 x 9 rectangle (actual 6-1/4 x 9-7/16 in). Take off at 3.7 pcs per sq ft for the square and 2.4 pcs per sq ft for the rectangle; mixed random patterns land between those figures, so price the job off square footage and add cut waste for borders and radii. Both shapes carry the DuraFusion surface, are approved for residential vehicular loads, and ship with a lifetime transferable limited warranty. Garoppo's sells by the piece, so inlay, band and repair counts are not a pallet commitment.
Key Features
- Pallet data: 6 x 6: 420 pcs, 113 sq ft, 3,198 lb, 16 sq ft per band. 6 x 9: 300 pcs, 124 sq ft, 3,479 lb, 25 sq ft per band. Ten layers per cube either way.
- DuraFusion surface: Refined texture with enhanced color and wear resistance on the traffic face; ADA compliant profile.
- Vehicular rating: Residential driveway approved at 2-3/8 in (60 mm); spec the base for vehicular versus pedestrian loading accordingly.
- Color availability: Dakota Blend, Harvest Blend and Pewter Blend in both shapes; Midnight and Brown in the 6 x 9 only. Pull field and border from the same color run to keep the blend consistent.
- Metro lineage: EP Henry (Woodbury, NJ) joined Oldcastle APG in 2021; the line now ships as Belgard Metro product from the Woodbury NJ, Parker Ford PA and Wrightstown NJ plants, with the EP Henry trademarks carried over. Old Towne Cobble is the original EP Henry design.
Sizes & Colors
- 6 x 6 in Square: 3.7 pcs per sq ft; 113 sq ft, 420 pcs, 3,198 lb per pallet; about 7.6 lb per piece; Belgard size code EC-10000340.
- 6 x 9 in Rectangle: 2.4 pcs per sq ft; 124 sq ft, 300 pcs, 3,479 lb per pallet; about 11.6 lb per piece; Belgard size code EC-10000341.
How to Install It
Build on a compacted aggregate base sized for the traffic class and the site's freeze-thaw exposure, screed the bedding layer, and lock the perimeter with edge restraint before compaction. Old Towne Cobble has a profiled top: run the plate compactor over a protective pad or you will scuff the weathered face. Set random patterns by pulling squares and rectangles from several bands at once so the color blend stays even across the field. For a 6 x 9 running bond, a 6 x 9 soldier course in Midnight or Brown (6 x 9 only) reads as a clean border with no change in thickness, so there is no transition at the joint. Sweep joint sand and compact again to seat the units.
