How to Install It
Start on a compacted stone base and use a Cast Stone footer block or Terrace Wall stretcher for the buried footer course. Set each course in adhesive with the faces flush, and drop about 12.5 lb of clean stone into every core as you go. Stagger the joints, build ends and columns with the two-face corner, and keep outside curves to a radius of at least 35-3/4 in from the back of the block. Single sided walls can reach 48 in, five courses including the footer, without geogrid. Finish with Belmont caps in Bluestone or Brownstone.

EP Henry Single Sided Cast Stone Wall is a hybrid wet-cast face / dry-cast body segmental wall unit, now produced under Belgard Metro at the former EP Henry plants. Random-face stretchers and two-face corners are adhesive-set with zero setback and take a 12.5 lb clean-stone core fill per unit. Two profiles share one footprint: Cut Stone (chiseled) in Adirondack and Aspen, Ledgestone (linear) in Allegheny and Aztec. Spec it for single-face retaining and garden walls, columns and step cheeks.

How to Install It
Excavate to a compacted aggregate base and run the buried footer course in Cast Stone footer block (11-5/8 x 15-5/8 x 4 in, 56 lb, 72 pcs / 93.8 LF per cube) or Terrace Wall stretcher. Adhere each course with the face plumb and core-fill 12.5 lb of clean stone per unit before the next course goes on. Break joints, turn returns and build piers with the corner unit, and hold outside curves to a 35-3/4 in minimum radius from back of block. Single-face walls are rated to 48 in, five courses including the footer, without geogrid; anything taller or under surcharge goes to an engineered design. Cap with Belmont in Bluestone or Brownstone.
