Mazuri NutriBlend Green Pigeon Diet is an 18 percent protein complete breeder pellet designed to be blended with NutriBlend Gold so you can dial the protein and fat of the loft's ration to the season and the job — heavy green for breeding, heavy gold for winter rest. The 3/16 inch round extruded particle is shaped like a grain to encourage natural foraging, and it holds together well enough to keep fines out of the bottom of the feeder.

Feeding Directions
Feed as much as your birds will clean up in 20 to 30 minutes, twice daily, and keep fresh clean water in front of them at all times. Blend with NutriBlend Gold according to the type and age of bird, the season, and what the loft is doing: 100 percent Green for breeding, fed one month prior and during; roughly 75 percent Green for squabs and training race birds; a half-and-half mix for young birds over six weeks, summer maintenance, and moulting; about 25 percent Green for spring and fall maintenance and the day after a race; and 100 percent Gold for winter maintenance and the day before a race or show. Treat those ratios as a starting point and adjust to your own birds. Important: do not add extra trace mineral supplements and do not feed additional grain, both of which unbalance a complete diet. Store below 75°F in a dry place and use within one year of manufacture.
