Netafim Techline TLELL 17mm 90° Insert Elbow for Drip Irrigation

Price:
$0.68

Description

Turn a 17mm Netafim Techline dripline around a 90° corner without kinking the tubing and without a clamp. The TLELL is the OEM Netafim insert elbow for Techline tubing — barbed inserts on both legs, one-piece molded body, push the cut ends of the dripline onto the barbs and the corner is built. Designed specifically for the 0.56″–0.60″ ID range that Netafim’s 17mm Techline runs in, so the seal is dialed in for that exact tubing.

Why Netafim Is the Right Match

  • OEM Netafim — the same brand as your Techline dripline, so the barb-to-ID fit is engineered, not approximated
  • 17mm sized for Netafim Techline HCVXR, HCVXR-RW/RWP, CV, DL, and RW/RWP driplines, plus generic 17mm PE irrigation hose in the 0.56–0.60″ ID range
  • 90° turn — routes the dripline around corners cleanly without trying to bend the tubing past its kink radius
  • Tool-free installation — no clamps, no glue, no tools required
  • UV resistant — survives direct sun and the chemistry of irrigation water
  • One-piece construction — no joints, no glued seams, nothing to come apart underground in year five
  • NETAFIM molded into the body for easy on-site identification during service calls

Where It Shines

  • Routing 17mm Techline around the corners of garden beds, raised planters, or hardscape
  • Turning the dripline from a horizontal supply run up a fence post or wall to feed hanging planters
  • Tight-radius corners where a kinked tubing run would restrict flow downstream
  • Service-call patches replacing a kinked or damaged elbow section

Install Notes

  • Cut the dripline square with a sharp knife or PE pipe cutter (a ragged cut won’t seal)
  • Push each tubing end onto a barb fully — the last barb ridge should be inside the tubing
  • No clamp required — the barb design seals against the dripline ID once the tubing is fully home
  • Keep system pressure under 50 psi — the Techline family is low-pressure dripline, not a poly mainline
  • Pressure-test before backfilling the trench
  • Shut the zone off at the valve before cutting into a pressurized line
  • For 12mm Techline EZ — this is the wrong size; use Netafim Model T12ELL instead

Pair With

For inline splices in 17mm Techline, use the Netafim TLCOUP insert coupling. For tee/branch connections, the TLTEE. For threaded transitions to 1/2″ or 3/4″ MPT supply, the TL050MA or TL075MA adapters.
