Description
Cut steel up to 7/8" thick with the PrimeWeld CUT60 Dual Voltage 110v/220v 60-Amp Plasma Cutter, a 60-amp pilot arc plasma cutter that runs on 120 V or 240 V single-phase power. The compact inverter carries a digital power display and a front-panel air pressure gauge, and the IPT60 blowback torch, ground clamp, gas regulator and CNC plug come in the box. Connect compressed air and cut farm equipment, auto body panels, fabrication stock or metal art, by hand or on a CNC table.

How to Use It
Connect a compressor rated at least 5 CFM at 80 PSI with a 20-gallon or larger tank, then clamp the 12 ft ground lead to clean bare metal. Switch the power on, use the SET AIR function to dial pressure between 55 and 75 PSI, and pick an amperage from 20 to 60 A to match your material thickness. Press the trigger to strike the arc and move the torch steadily across the cut, holding roughly 1/8" of standoff. Choose 2T to cut only while the trigger is held, or 4T to press once to start and once to stop. Work in a dry, well-ventilated space.
