Feeding Directions
Feed 20 grams per 100 to 125 lbs of body weight per serving. A 1,000 to 1,250 lb horse gets 200 grams, which measures out to about 1.25 dry cups; a 500 to 750 lb horse gets 100 grams or 0.75 cups, and a 1,500 to 1,750 lb horse gets 300 grams or 1.75 cups. Most horses do best on three to four servings a day, top-dressed at each meal plus a snack 30 to 60 minutes before hauling, exercise, or another stressful event. Do not exceed six servings per day. Meals of Purina Ultium Gastric Care or Race Ready GT already contain Outlast, so count each of those as one serving. Feed alongside an appropriate Purina horse feed and keep forage at a minimum of 1.2% of body weight to maintain normal digestive function. Make any change gradually.
