How to Use
Clip the dispenser onto your leash handle, belt loop or the strap of a walking bag. Pull the loose end of the roll through the opening, tear a bag off at the perforation, and pick up as usual. Tie it off and drop it in the nearest trash can. When the roll runs out, twist the dispenser open, pop in a fresh standard-size refill roll and feed the first bag through the opening.
