Description

Crumbling mortar and cracked stucco no longer call for a mixing bucket, a bag of concrete powder, or a trowel. Sashco Mor-Flexx loads into any standard caulk gun and squeezes straight into the joint — it looks and textures like real mortar and stucco, but it stretches like rubber so the repair flexes with the wall instead of cracking open again. Tool it smooth with a damp finger or brush, clean up with plain water, and paint it to match once it cures. A single 10.5 fl. oz. cartridge covers about 32 lineal feet at a 1/4″ bead and spans gaps up to 3″ wide with no slump.

Mor-Flexx Mortar & Stucco Repair — Colors & Specs

  • Four colors to blend with your masonry: White, Gray, Charcoal, and Ironstone
  • Cartridge size: 10.5 fl. oz. (310 mL) — fits any standard caulk gun
  • Coverage: about 32 lineal feet at a 1/4″ bead; fills joints up to 3″ wide
  • Textured to mimic mortar and stucco, yet stays flexible (up to 250% elongation)
  • Paintable: 4 hours with water-based paint, 1 week with oil-based
  • Tack-free in under 30 minutes; full cure in 4–5 days
  • Service temperature -30°F to 250°F; nationally VOC compliant (44 g/L)
  • Weatherproof, freeze-thaw stable, easy water cleanup, exclusive stop-flow tip

Where to Use It

  • Repairing cracked or crumbling mortar joints in brick and block walls
  • Sealing cracks in stucco and textured exterior walls
  • Stone, faux stone, and tile where a flexible, color-matched joint is needed
  • Bonds to masonry, concrete, brick, stone, wood, metal, vinyl, and more

Not for concrete less than 6 months old, surfaces under constant water immersion, high-traffic walking or driving surfaces, or areas needing hydrostatic resistance.

How to Apply

  • Clean the joint — remove loose material, dust, dirt, and any failed caulk; let damp areas dry
  • For joints deeper than 1/2″, insert backer rod first to set the right sealant depth
  • Cut the nozzle to your bead size, puncture the inner seal, and gun Mor-Flexx into the joint
  • Tool with a damp foam brush using a light touch; a water or alcohol mist slows skinning in hot sun
  • Keep fresh beads out of direct rainfall for 24–48 hours; natural shrinkage may call for a second pass on wide joints

Pick your color and stop by Garoppo’s for the Mor-Flexx and a caulk gun to get the repair done right.
