How to Use It

Match the rivet diameter to your drilled hole, then pick the grip length that covers the combined thickness of the parts you are joining. Drill the hole, slip the rivet through, seat the mandrel in the nose of your rivet gun and squeeze until the mandrel snaps. Use the 1/8" sizes for gutter seams, downspout straps, mailbox repairs and thin sheet metal, and step up to 5/32" or 3/16" for trailer fenders, equipment shrouds and thicker brackets. Keep the case closed between jobs so the small 3/32" rivets stay put, and hang it on the shop pegboard.
