Description
Greet trick-or-treaters with the Sunset Vista Designs Sassy Jack Glow-in-the-Dark Sculpture. This tall, skinny dandy has a purple jack-o’-lantern head with a stitched grin, and he is dressed for the evening in a black tailcoat over a purple vest and bow tie. Spindly wire arms and legs end in curly-toe black boots, and the whole figure stands on a round wire ring base. Glow-in-the-dark accents pick up daylight and shine after dark. At about 31.25" tall, he is sized to stand on a porch step, beside the front door or at the edge of a flower bed.
Key Features
- Purple jack-o’-lantern head: A painted metal pumpkin head with a stitched grin tops the figure.
- Dressed for the party: Black tailcoat, purple vest and bow tie give him a dapper Halloween look.
- Wire limbs and ring base: Spindly wire arms and legs, curly-toe boots and a round wire base that stands on its own.
- Glow-in-the-dark accents: Glow paint charges in daylight and shines once the porch light goes off.
- Sunset Vista Designs: A family-run outdoor decor company that has been designing whimsical garden art, wind chimes and hanging decor for garden centers since the 1990s.
Where to Display It
Stand him on a porch step, a landing beside the front door or a flat patch of ground at the front of a bed where the ring base sits level. He is tall and light, so choose a spot out of strong wind or set the base behind a planter or against a post to keep him steady. Give the glow accents some daylight during the day so they shine come evening. He is painted metal made for outdoor display, but bring him in before heavy rain and freezing weather, and store him dry after Halloween. Pair him with other Sunset Vista Designs Halloween stakes, bouncies and porch sitters for a full porch scene.
A Thoughtful Gift
Anyone who goes all out for Halloween will get a kick out of this character. He works as a housewarming gift for a fall move-in, a party host present or a surprise for a friend who decorates the porch every October.
