Description

Wipe out oil drips and barbecue grease before they become permanent fixtures with Techniseal Dirt & Grease Cleaner for Pavers — a fast-acting degreaser that dissolves, dislodges, and encapsulates greasy contamination from concrete pavers and slabs. When the lawn mower leaks on the driveway or the grill spatters the patio, this cleaner lifts the stain and rinses away clean, leaving no oily film behind.

Part of Techniseal's paver care range and 3-Step System (Prepare, Clean, Protect), it is the go-to first response for fresh stains — and it is the grease cleaner recommended for sealed surfaces, where harsher strippers would damage your sealant. Use it on driveways, pool decks, patios, terraces, commercial parking lots, and pedestrian areas.

Key Features

  • Removes Motor Oil & Grease: Cuts through engine drips, barbecue spatter, and greasy dirt.
  • Dissolves & Encapsulates: Dislodges grease and locks it up so it rinses away instead of spreading.
  • Safe for Sealed Surfaces: The right choice for cleaning stains off sealed pavers; also works on bare surfaces for fresh spills.
  • No Oily Film: Rinses clean with water — no residue, no rings.
  • Wide Surface Range: Concrete and interlocking pavers, wet cast and stamped concrete, slabs, brick, natural stone, and poured concrete.

How to Use

Wear rubber gloves and safety goggles, and always test on a small hidden stain first. On a sealed surface, wet the stain before applying; on a bare surface, apply dry. Cover the stain generously with cleaner and let it work for 2 to 3 minutes. Reapply and scrub with a nylon scrub brush, then rinse thoroughly with water before the product dries. Repeat if necessary. For bare surfaces and older, stubborn stains — or an oil spot that resurfaces within 24 hours — step up to Techniseal Pro-Grade Oil & Grease Stain Remover. See the Technical Data Sheet under Documentation for complete directions.

It removes motor oil and grease stains — including barbecue grease — plus greasy dirt from concrete pavers, slabs, brick, natural stone, and poured or stamped concrete.
Yes — it is specifically recommended for sealed surfaces. On a sealed surface, wet the stain with water before applying the cleaner.
Test a hidden spot first. Wet the stain on sealed surfaces or apply dry on bare surfaces, cover the stain generously, let it work 2 to 3 minutes, reapply and scrub with a nylon brush, then rinse thoroughly with water. Never let it dry on the surface.
No. It dissolves and encapsulates the grease so everything rinses away with water, leaving no oily film.
Oil that penetrated deep into the material can resurface within 24 hours. If that happens — or for older, stubborn stains on bare surfaces — use Techniseal Pro-Grade Oil & Grease Stain Remover, also available at Garoppo's.
Keep it in the original, tightly sealed container in a dry, well-ventilated place between 40 °F and 75 °F, sheltered from weather and direct sunlight.
