Description

Stabilize joints on flagstone, natural stone, and concrete pavers with the Techniseal NOCO Polymeric Joint. This no-compaction polymeric jointing sand sets a stable, weed- and washout-resistant joint without a plate compactor — protecting fragile slabs, overlays, and irregular flagstone, while letting your crew finish patios faster with cleaner edges.

Product Code: 211-004 · Available in: 50-lb bag · Colors: Iron Grey, Desert Tan

Why NOCO?

  • No compaction required — place, sweep, blow, and mist to set; skip plate-compactor passes that can crack flagstone or scuff overlays
  • Built for irregular joints — flows into the wide, uneven gaps typical of flagstone and natural-stone installs
  • Polymer-bound joint — water-activated binders form a hard-set, semi-flexible joint that resists washout, weeds, and ant tunneling
  • Two finish colors — Iron Grey for darker pavers and modern hardscapes, Desert Tan for warm-toned stone and traditional patios
  • Faster install — reduce job time on irregular flagstone where compaction is impractical

Color Options

  • Iron Grey: deep cool-grey finish — pairs with charcoal, slate, and bluestone pavers
  • Desert Tan: warm sand-tan finish — pairs with sandstone, bluestone with warm undertones, and tan-buff concrete pavers

Application

  1. Prep a clean, dry surface with proper slope and drainage. Sweep to remove debris.
  2. Sweep NOCO into joints until fully filled and slightly mounded.
  3. Blow off all residue from the surface with a leaf blower — hazing comes from product left on the paver face, not in the joint.
  4. Mist with water per label dilution — saturate the joints without flooding. Avoid overwatering.
  5. Cure per the technical data sheet before traffic, washing, or sealing.
  6. Test in an inconspicuous area before full installation.

Tips

  • Work in dry, warm conditions — protect from rain during cure
  • Best suited to pedestrian residential and light commercial installs — confirm vehicular use with Techniseal
