Description
Lift embedded oil and grease stains from concrete pavers, slabs, and retaining walls with the Techniseal Pro-Grade Oil & Grease Stain Remover. This professional-grade industrial-strength formula goes on as a liquid, dries to a powder, and pulls petroleum-based contamination out of the substrate as the powder absorbs the released oil — giving you a clean sweep-up at the end instead of a messy rinse-down. Quick and easy to apply, won’t damage or discolor the substrate.
Product Code: 60300025 · Available in: 1 Quart bottle
How It Works
- Apply as a liquid: the formula penetrates into the porous substrate where the oil sits
- Lifts embedded contamination: the active chemistry breaks the bond between the oil and the substrate
- Dries to a powder: as the carrier evaporates, the powder absorbs the released oil
- Sweep up clean: remove the contaminated powder with a broom — no flooded rinse needed
What It Removes
- Engine oil and motor oil drips on driveways and parking pads
- Hydraulic fluid, transmission fluid, and other petroleum-based fluids
- Cooking grease (residential entertainment areas, restaurant patios)
- Embedded grease that ordinary degreasers can’t lift

Why This vs Standard Degreaser?
- Pulls oil out of pores — standard degreasers wash the surface; this product reaches into the substrate where the oil sits
- No flood rinse — the powder cleanup is faster and cleaner than mopping a degreaser job
- Professional formulation — the choice for hardscape contractors handling years-old set-in stains
- Substrate-safe — won’t etch concrete the way muriatic-acid based cleaners can
Application
- Test in an inconspicuous area first to confirm desired results.
- Apply directly to the oil or grease stain per label directions. The product should fully wet the stained area.
- Let dry until the liquid has converted to a powder layer on the stain (cure time per the technical data sheet).
- Sweep up the contaminated powder with a stiff broom into a dustpan. Dispose per local regulations — petroleum-contaminated waste is regulated in many jurisdictions.
- Repeat on stubborn or deeply embedded stains.
- Optional: follow with a Techniseal Paver Prep cleaner before resealing.
Tips
- Wear gloves and eye protection when applying
- Best used on bare (unsealed) substrates — sealed surfaces should have the sealer stripped first
- Older stains may need 2–3 applications for full removal
