Feeding Directions
If your horse still eats hay, feed roughly 4 to 9 lb of Complete daily to a 900 lb horse alongside 13.5 to 18 lb of forage, or 5 to 11 lb to an 1,100 lb horse alongside 16.5 to 22 lb of forage. If your horse cannot eat hay at all, feed Complete as the entire ration: about 10.5 to 14.5 lb daily at 900 lb, and 13.5 to 17.5 lb at 1,100 lb. Never feed more than 0.5% of body weight in a single meal, and allow 3 to 4 hours between meals at that rate. Adjust up or down to hold body condition; if you feed less than the recommended amount, top the diet off with Triple Crown Balancer or Balancer Gold. Keep fresh, clean water available at all times.
