Description
Keep fresh water in front of your cat or small dog all day without refilling a bowl every few hours. The Van Ness Auto Waterer holds 1.5 liters in a clear reservoir and feeds the drinking tray by gravity, so the bowl tops itself up as your pet drinks. Fill it, set it down, and check the water level at a glance through the tinted reservoir.
Key features
- 1.5-liter capacity: ideally sized for cats and small dogs; a single fill covers a day or more for one small pet.
- Gravity-fed tray: water flows down only as the tray empties, keeping the drinking level steady.
- Spill-less valve: the reservoir seals when you lift it off the base, so refills at the sink are quick and mess-free.
- Removable lid: lifts off for easy cleaning of the water container; no narrow neck to scrub through.
- Safe materials: made in the USA from BPA-free, USFDA food-contact approved plastic.
How to use
- Lift the reservoir off the base, remove the lid, and fill with cool tap water.
- Replace the lid, seat the reservoir back on the base, and water will flow into the tray automatically.
- Rinse the tray daily and wash the reservoir and base with warm soapy water at least once a week.
Where to use it
Set it in the kitchen as a cat's everyday water station, next to a small dog's crate, or in a spare room for a pet that spends the day alone. The compact 5.5-inch-deep base tucks against a wall or under a counter overhang, and the tinted reservoir shows the water level from across the room so you know when a refill is due. It also works well for a second water spot upstairs, so an older cat or a short-legged dog never has far to walk for a drink.
