The hydrogel adheres to the affected area to cool and protect while helping to keep the wound clean and free from potential infection, and the gel consistency makes it easy to coat hard-to-reach spots.
The active ingredient is hypochlorous acid — in vitro testing shows microbial inhibition against a broad range of microorganisms, including MRSA, yeast, and staph. There are no steroids or antibiotics in the formula, so it is safe if your pet licks or ingests it. It is pH-balanced so it will not sting, non-toxic and non-irritating, safe on animals of all ages and species, and it will not stain your furniture or clothes. Use it on cuts, scrapes, and abrasions, itchy irritated skin, post-surgical wounds and incisions, cracked paws, and burns and sores.

How to Use
To prime for the first application, remove the cap, depress and hold the sprayer, shake the bottle, then release the sprayer. Remove any excess hair from the wound area, clipping if necessary. Saturate the affected area, flushing away foreign debris. Repeat three to four times daily or as necessary. No rinsing is necessary, and it is safe for use around the mouth, nose, ears, and eyes.
