Description

Lead and tie your horse in a halter that shows some personality with the Weaver Leather Patterned Adjustable Nylon Horse Halter 1 in. A printed webbing overlay runs across the 1 in. nylon noseband and cheeks, finished with square brass-tone hardware, an adjustable crown buckle and a throat snap. Choose from three prints, all in size Small: Bucking Bronc, a western silhouette design; Lost Creek, a geometric southwestern pattern; and Retro Flower, a bold floral. Underneath the print is the same box-stitched nylon halter Weaver builds for daily turnout, leading and tying.

Key Features

  • Patterned webbing overlay: The print is layered over solid nylon so the halter keeps its strength while the pattern stays visible.
  • Box-stitched stress points: Reinforced stitching where the hardware meets the webbing holds up to a horse that sets back or rubs.
  • Adjustable crown: Heat-sealed oblong buckle holes make it easy to let the crown out or take it up, and the throat snap speeds haltering.
  • True-to-fit sizing: Small is cut to fit comfortably without gapping at the nose or pinching behind the ears.
  • About Weaver Leather: Weaver Leather’s Weaver Equine line makes nylon and leather halters, lead ropes and stable gear, and this patterned adjustable halter is part of its printed tack collection.

How to Use It

Slip the noseband over the muzzle, bring the crown piece behind the ears and buckle it, then clip the throat snap. Adjust the crown so the noseband sits about two fingers below the cheekbone and you can fit two fingers under it. Use the halter for leading, tying, grooming and trailering, and remove it for turnout if your horse is left unsupervised. Wipe dirt and sweat off the nylon with a damp cloth, and rinse the hardware after muddy days so the buckle keeps moving freely. Finish the set with a Weaver poly lead rope in a coordinating color, or match the print with a Weaver hay bag or grooming bag.
