The polypropylene rope has a soft, broken-in feel and a solid Mauve color, and it ends in a solid brass 225 snap clamped to the rope with a Weaver-marked ferrule. Poly rope resists abrasion and stays light on wet mornings. At a full 10 ft, there is enough length to tie safely, lunge in a small circle or give a nervous horse room without letting go.

How to Use It
Clip the brass 225 snap to the center ring under your horse’s chin and hold the rope a foot or so below the snap with your right hand, letting the tail fold in your left hand rather than wrapping it around your fingers. Tie with a quick-release knot at wither height or higher, leaving about an arm’s length of rope. The 10 ft length also works for ground work and loading practice where you want extra distance. Rinse mud off the rope with plain water and let it dry before coiling, and wipe the brass snap so it keeps opening cleanly. Pair it with a Weaver nylon or rope halter for a complete leading set.
